Customer Service Logistics Coordinator
Residency Requirements: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, or Wisconsin
Duration: Full Time
Rate: $16.00 - 17.00 per hour, differential for French fluency
Solugenix is looking for a motivated Customer Service Logistics Coordinator to work Monday - Friday. Fluency in French is a plus!
Qualifications:
•2-4 years Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator experience in a high-volume contact center environment
•Tech Savvy: typing, navigating through multiple applications while engaging with customers, internal and external departments, etc.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Strong phone presence: Ability to navigate through phone queues while working towards maintaining contact center metrics and building strong relationships with customers
•Strong organizational skills. Must be able to track and manage multiple shipping issues and resolutions, as well as coordinating with multiple internal and third-party departments to completion
•Self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently.
•Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Word, Ticketing Systems
Responsibilities:
•Manages and tracks shipping issues as reported by customers
•Coordinates with third-party logistics, Customer Service, AR, and Management to research and resolve lost/mis-directed/incorrect shipments for customers.
•Achieves SLA targets and call metrics to ensure high customer satisfaction
•Understands order entry and order processing procedures
•Takes full accountability for customer satisfaction with a highly professional personality and demeanor
Education and/or Experience
•High School diploma required.
•College degree is highly desirable.
•1 to 2 years' experience in a customer master environment
•Knowledge of Medical/Life Sciences work experience
•Experience with MS Excel
•ERP experience (SAP experience is preferred)
